A thorough review and response of any horoscope takes about 2-3 hours. Therefore, it is most effective to limit to around 3-4 horoscopes per day. Keeping this in mind, know that every effort will be made to respond to queries within 1 business days. In case of a larger number of requests, an estimate time of response shall be conveyed through email, which can go to 2-3 business days also

If you would like your details within 24 hours, it is requested that the same is submitted as an urgent request via email on astropromise@gmail.com. Due care shall be taken to review and respond to such requests and prioritize as best feasible. A good faith effort shall be made to revert to these special requests within 24 hours (this does not have any additional charge).

For General and specific queries, the response time will be 4-6 business hours in normal circumstances. The business hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Though every effort will be made to respond within the above time limits but since these matters require careful analysis, the possibility of delay cannot be ruled out. However, you will be informed (by email) in case of any delays.
